About GYFT

GYFT is a curated discovery platform for Framer templates.

Our mission is to help buyers discover high-quality templates while giving talented creators additional visibility through a carefully selected marketplace.

GYFT does not create, own, or sell the templates listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Each template remains the intellectual property of its respective creator.

Our Role as a Marketplace

GYFT acts as a discovery platform that connects buyers with independent template creators.

We do not:

Sell templates directly
Process payments
Issue licenses
Deliver purchased products
Provide product-specific support

When you purchase a template through GYFT, your purchase is completed directly through the creator's chosen platform (such as Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or Polar).

GYFT may generate revenue through affiliate commissions or creator subscription plans, depending on the creator's participation model. This never affects the price buyers pay and helps support the ongoing development, maintenance, and independence of GYFT.

Purchasing Templates

All pricing, promotions, product availability, and purchase conditions are determined by the individual creator.

GYFT is not responsible for payment processing or purchase fulfillment.

Licensing

Every template listed on GYFT is licensed by its creator.

License terms may vary between creators and products. It is your responsibility to review the applicable license before completing a purchase.

Any questions regarding licensing should be directed to the template creator.

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the creator and the platform handling the purchase. Since templates are digital products, refunds may be limited or unavailable once access has been granted.

If you have questions regarding refunds or believe you are entitled to one, please contact the creator directly.

GYFT does not process refunds and cannot issue refunds on behalf of creators.

Creator Independence

Creators featured on GYFT remain fully independent.

Their templates
Pricing
Licensing
Product updates
Customer support
Refund policies
Checkout experience

Listing a creator or template on GYFT does not imply employment, partnership, or legal affiliation beyond being featured within our curated marketplace.

Participation in GYFT is subject to these Terms of Use and our Creator Guidelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all branding, logos, website design, written content, graphics, and original materials published on GYFT are the property of GYFT.

Individual templates, preview images, product descriptions, and related assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content from GYFT without permission from the respective owner.

Marketplace Curation

GYFT is a curated marketplace.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline creator applications
Review every submitted template
Remove templates that no longer meet our quality standards
Update template information when necessary
Modify marketplace categories and collections

Our goal is to maintain a high-quality, balanced marketplace that benefits both buyers and creators.

Availability

While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every template, creator profile, or external purchase link will always remain available.

Creators may update, replace, or remove their products at any time.

GYFT is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms or creators.

Limitation of Liability

GYFT provides access to a curated marketplace but does not guarantee the quality, functionality, compatibility, or suitability of any individual template.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GYFT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Purchases made through third-party platforms
Template defects or incompatibilities
Creator actions or omissions
Temporary marketplace downtime
External website availability
